Describe the problem you’re having:
I do have one account with two profiles. Both only differ with the selected theme (One has default.php, one compact.css).
It seems that this setting will be ignored with the additional profile, and will only use the setting from the default profiles. Even after refreshing the site or using an entire different browser (caching)

Add an additional profile to your account and use a different theme in it.
