Few translators requests

As I have finished translation into ukrainian, please add:

  1. Ukrainian to the list of feed languages
  2. Change from “Украинский” to “Українська” in the list of available tt-rss languages

Also, I did not find template for email body to share an article, please point into correct resource or add if missed.

i don’t even remember what this does, i think it’s related to either search or hyphenation (???)
anyway it would be great if you filed a PR for this otherwise i’ll make a note to add this a bit later
