it would be great to have the option to download podcasts to the sd card.
At the moment it is possible to stream, e.g. with VLC player, but this method uses my whole mobil data.
Consequently this feature would be the solution, so that the app ensure the download at home.
Use a proper podcasting app.
AntennaPod is free and works well.
no, i have no plans to turn tt-rss into a podcast player
I personally like PodcastAddict for Android.
You can configure a lot of stuff and the player can automatically skip silence.
you can export syndicated RSS feed with your podcasts in tt-rss and subscribe that using a dedicated podcast app.
