Hello. How do I find the tag cloud? I’ve seen mention of this feature, but have no clue how to activate it.
You can manually tag articles (at the end of the article TT-RSS puts a plus sign for you to add them). You can also add tags through rules. Tags get their own virtual feeds (like categories) where you can view the articles. So you can have all your cat articles grouped together regardless of feed.

Stupider than me for not knowing you could view them that way after using TT-RSS for years? 
there used to be a menu item for it but not anymore i guess
