Uploading custom feed icon broken

  1. Clicking Choose file works as expected, dialog appears
  2. After choosing file, no preview is generated, but Replace buttons seems to be active
  3. Clicking replace and confirming in browser prompt dialog results in XHR POST request with multipart/form-data body response is <script type="text/javascript">parent.CommonDialogs.uploadIconHandler(0);</script> that causes an error
