reason: when this PR is merged (https://git.tt-rss.org/fox/tt-rss/pulls/74 ) we’re going to be using feed-specified language which should handle correctly behaving feeds.
language detection on the other hand needs a 450K library which is a relatively huge deadweight on trunk. which is used only for hyphenation, when enabled.
