Since recent updates, cannot open external pages when clicking on article title. It ends with message {“error”:{“code”:13,“message”:null}}

If possible include steps to reproduce the problem:

Open article by clicking on title, ends on page backend.php with message {“error”:{“code”:13,“message”:null}}
