Create RSS from multiple filtered feeds

I want to add some feeds to TT RSS from several websites add some filter words and create a new link to it of RSS and it put on a website which has it own RSS reader. so it will have a custom news feed .
How can i do it?

thanks and how i create filter for 3 words? i have create a label, when there is one or more words from the filter in the article it should trigger an action to label them. i saw there is a regular expression there but i am not so familiar with it, maybe you can refer to something helpful
