Changing domain in the feed?

hello,

i have tons of feed from nitter/invidio/rss-bridge/teddit and all of them have multiple community instances, if one goes down i have to switch to another instance.
is there a easy way to switch domain name? right now i go and change each feed in feed editor.

i think the easiest way would be using sql.

PostgreSQL REPLACE etc
